Mixed Adult Boxing Classes
Our Mixed Adult Boxing classes, are a powerful and positive space, for Men and Women, looking to improve their fitness, confidence, mindset and overall health
These classes can cater for a total beginner, as well as for people who want a more challenging session and experience the full benefits of Boxing training

For Women
If you’re one of our amazing women already enrolled in our signature ‘Acceataor’ program, these boxing sessions are included as part of your journey.
Otherwise, these sessions will help you to:
➤ Learn ‘Boxing fundamentals’, stance, guard, head movement, striking, holding focus pads
➤ Reduce stress levels - as you progress on the focus pads and bags
➤ Amazing calories expenditure - as you get fitter
➤ Reduce inches - as we add in strength components to each session
Our Women follow a structured program, that includes high end accountability, mindset coaching and is designed to help women take back control of their lives, however, these mixed classes will give women a great alternative, if they can’t make the earlier sessions and the ‘Women only’ program

For Men
Where as were famous for our ‘Women only’ program and classes, over the past couple of years, more and more Men have got in touch with us, wanting to do sessions, so we decided to put them on
Again, it doesn’t matter if you’ve not done any Boxing training before, we’ll teach you all the basics first, to ensure you have a great workout, as well as feeling confident
These sessions will help you improve:
➤ Build functional strength - as Boxing works your entire body
➤ Reduce stress and clear your mind - reset mentally and walk away feeling clear headed
➤ Lose the ‘beer belly’ - these sessions are great for calorie expenditure and improving muscle tone
➤ Boost your energy and testosterone - the combination of weights/ resistance training and boxing will improve your overall wellbeing

🥊When are the sessions ?
The mixed adult sessions take place on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, 7.50pm, and Saturday morning 10am
🥊What do I need?
Just wear something you are comfortable in, otherwise, all equipment is provided
🥊Price of sessions
These sessions are the only ‘pay as you go’ sessions we do, and are £10 a class or £100 for a month pass
